How it all started? One Night at a Call-Center

It started the fateful night of 16th Jan 2003. Ya, night coz I was working in a call center in Delhi. Those were pretty interesting days of my life when we freaked out like anything. I had night shifts and they were lots of fun. If you haven’t worked at nights, you sure have missed something in your life! I can tell you that! ;-) Still remember the wild times I’ve had when I was there. Had a really large circle of friends.

As far as I can remember, I've always been interested in books, quotations and other similar stuff. {Actually anything out-of-syllabus!:P} Used to google a lot about technical and non-technical stuff. Whenever I found something interesting or worth sharing, I'd forward them to my friends. But being the lazy guy I was, I hated updating address-books{still do} so thought of making a mailing list on Y! where I can send the mails without bothering about the addresses.

They really appreciated the unique content of the mails they recieved and would forward them to their family, friends and other contacts, who themselves liked them and so on and so forth. Those who found the content interesting chose to subscribe through a link at the end of the mail and slowly & steadily grew from a small group of friends to one with over 16,000 members. {Recent Stats}

I’ve always believed that its not the big grand things that make or break a man, or influence or make a person happy or sad. It’s always the little things. Little things mean a lot! They sure do! And that's what I'm doin'... Just a lil bit from my side... Don't be impressed! It's no big deal.
